This beautiful old hymn is a comfort to the repentant heart who can carry the guilt of their sin no longer. Written by Horatius Bonar in 1843; and wonderfully performed here by Charity Homeschool Chorus in Ephrata, PA. To all who genuinely know Christ as Lord and Saviour, this hymn will bless you as you reflect on what He means to His children. I heard a young man stand and testify this once..."I should have died for Him, but He died for me". O what a Saviour!
